The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued a notification to form a special committee for effective implementation of Anti-Rape, Investigation and Case Act 2021. Formation of Committee for Effective Enforcement of Law Anti-Rape (Investigation and Case) Act 2021. (Ordinance No. XVI) 2020 using the powers vested in sub-section 1 of section 15 of the 2020 Act. The committee will be chaired by Parliamentary Secretary for Law Barrister Malika Bukhari. Anchor persons are Maria Memon, Fareeha Idrees and Alina Shugri. In addition, the committee ignored the instructions and issued them by the committee The case against a person who refuses to comply with these instructions can also be referred to a competent authority. The use of modern equipment and the establishment of special courts have been proposed. Under this law, the President of Pakistan, in consultation with the Chief Justice, will order the establishment of special courts across the country for which a judge has a 10-year session. Must be a Judge or Additional Sessions Judge and not over 70 years of age.
